Its Board of Trustees is chaired by Prof. Olu Obaro, a Consultant Radiologist who has, for over 40 years, worked in the United Kingdom at the managerial and executive level, including being Head of the Radiology Department, King George Hospital, London.
Ayetoro Gbede, with over 20,000 people is served by 3 doctors who are not available round the clock. There are no laboratories, X-ray machines or other modern diagnostic equipment. The community expects serious growth in population (well above 5% annually) over the next several years because of ongoing socio-economic developments in the area.
